The tour itinerary starts from Kathmandu and takes pilgrims and nature lovers to the stunning and holy destination of Mount Kailash and Lake Manasarova. This life time journey includes a 3 day trek around Mount Kailash, giving travelers ample time to experience the spiritual significance of this revered mountain. One night will be spent at the shore of Lake Manasarova, providing the opportunity for pilgrims great time for worship and for travelers to soak in the natural beauty of their surroundings.
Throughout the tour, travelers will have the opportunity to witness the breathtaking beauty of the valley of the Himalaya Mountain range and Gandis Mountain range. The journey offers stunning views of vast wetlands, meandering rivers, cattles in pasture, and the majestic River Brahmaputra.

Detailed Itinerary:
Our significant Kailash journey will begin in Kathmandu, where we will travel overland. Our first undertaking will be to drive across the vast valley of Mt. Himalaya, which will take us from an altitude of 1500m up to the Nepal-China border at 2800m. Although the road is bumpy, the stunning views make it worthwhile. As we approach Mt. Himalayas, we will witness deep gorges and snow-capped mountains that will leave us in awe. We will spend the night at the charming Syabrubensi, a small town before crossing the border.
It is important to note that before beginning the tour, you must stay in Kathmandu for three working days to apply for the Chinese Visa.

After breakfast, we will travel approximately 15km to reach the Chinese border. Once in China, you will meet our guide who will accompany us on a 1-hour drive to Kyirong (2800m), nestled amidst towering snow-capped peaks and verdant forests. In the afternoon, feel free to explore Kyirong and visit Paba Temple (2850m), a stunning Gelugpa temple commissioned by Tibetan King Songtsan Gambo at the request of his wife, Nepali princess Bhrikuti. The temple showcases intricate murals in the Nepalese style and is only a short walk from your hotel. The remainder of the day can be used to acclimate to the high altitude of Tibet in Kyirong.

After enjoying breakfast, we embark on a 250km (4500m) journey to Saga. Along the way, you will be treated to stunning views of iconic landmarks such as Mt. Shishapangma (the world's 14th highest peak) and the picturesque Turquoise Lake Peiku tso (standing at an impressive altitude of 4590m). Keep your eyes peeled as you may also be fortunate enough to catch glimpses of rare wildlife such as wild donkeys and antelopes.

En route to Lake Manasarover, you will be mesmerized by the breathtaking vista of the Saga valley nestled between the stunning Gangdise and Himalaya mountain ranges. Additionally, you will catch sight of verdant grasslands and quaint local settlements. Upon crossing the Mayomla Pass (5112m), you will be greeted by the awe-inspiring sight of Mt. Naimonanyi (7694m). Ultimately, our journey leads us to the holy Lake Manasarover, revered as one of Tibet's most sacred lakes. Today is a particularly auspicious day, as it marks the first glimpse of Holy Manasarovar and a panoramic view of Mt. Kailash from the Horchu Pass.

Today, we will be spending the majority of the day at the enchanting Lake Manasarovar. You will have the opportunity to take a leisurely stroll along the shores of the lake and explore the impressive monasteries in the vicinity.
This visit will also hold a special significance for devout Hindus and Buddhists, who will be able to achieve a lifetime-goal by visiting the divine abode. They can partake in rituals such as Puja, Havana worship, meditation, and a holy bath. As the day progresses, we will embark on a drive to Darchen later in the afternoon.

In the morning, we will embark on our eco-bus journey from Darchen to Sarshung valley. Once we arrive, we will meet our trusted Yaks and porters in Sarshung village. Please note that hiring these animals and carrying assistants are not included in the package. After we have gathered our team, we will start our approximately 13km trek from Sarshung to Drirapuk Monastery via the beautiful Lachu valley and rivers. This route will provide you with incredible views of both the west and north face of the magnificent Mount Kailash. Finally, our journey will conclude with a visit to the Drirapuk Monastery, leaving you with cherished memories.

Today's trek will take us to the highest point of the Kora - the Dromala pass (5630m). En route, you can stop for a break at a cozy teahouse. Throughout the journey, you will witness the awe-inspiring sight of local Tibetans performing prostrations along the Kora path and the stunning Kadoe Lake, as you make your way downhill. Additionally, we will have an opportunity to explore the culturally-rich Zutulpuk Monastery.

After having breakfast, we will set off on an 8 km trek to reach the designated point where a bus will be waiting to take us to Darchen, marking the end of the Parikarma (Circuit). After lunch, our expedition will continuely drive towards Saga or Dongba while passing by Lake Manasarovar, allowing another opportunity to admire its beauty.
